About
NeuroMedia Literacy
Our Mission & Purpose
We create evidence- and practice-based tools that connect complex neurobiological concepts with practical therapeutic applications. Our neuromedia literacy resources help therapists understand how social media can affect mental health, emotional regulation, and the nervous system, and gives them practical tools to support clients experiencing digital media stress. Digital media consumption profoundly impacts cognitive, emotional, and relational well-being. Our educational materials and client handouts empower clinicians to deliver clear, accessible psychoeducation about digital media and emotional regulation without simplifying the science.
Clinical Leadership & Background
Founded by a licensed psychologist with over 20 years of treatment experience, our platform was built from a deep understanding of the everyday needs of clinicians. Having navigated complex client cases and developed practical therapeutic toolkits, our founder designed these resources to seamlessly integrate into therapy sessions.
Standards: Every client handout is structured at an accessible 8th-grade reading level to ensure readability while maintaining clinical depth and therapeutic utility.

To maintain the professional integrity of our clinical toolkits and ensure resources are utilized appropriately, access to our digital shop is restricted to licensed clinicians and supervised pre-licensed professionals.

Eligible Professionals Include:
